Luxury White Glove Interior Design is our prime design package. Centered around three design phases that will take you from zero to a million dollar looking room within your budget.
This package is for individuals who are looking for a high level of detail and are not interested in managing their own project.   Are hardworking professionals or busy families who want a beautiful home but don't have the time, who are looking to renovate and have a trusted team of professionals ready to work with them through the project, are ready to have a space for their family to really live in with quality furnishings that will transition with their family for years to come, want to come into my very own 'REVEAL" moment day after day. *Be sure you have already had your Creative Exploration Call and a Design Consultation prior to purchasing this package*
*You can bundle spaces for a custom  discounted rate. Small spaces like foyers, mudrooms, pantries, and powder rooms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (sometimes they are added on to an adjacent room)*
What to expect from this package:
Schematic Design Plan Phase

• An in home meeting to review the space, see how you use it currently, and find out what works and doesn't work in your currently for you and your family.
• Measurements of the space
• You will receive 1-2 drawn design concepts with a new layout/ floor plan for the space.
• Detailed floor plan to scale (with one revision)
• Complete lighting plan with specifications
• Detailed Design plan specifications (includes hardware, light fixtures, flooring materials, and any other material for the space that is chosen)
• Paint Color Palette
• Up to two renderings of the space
• After the initial meeting time, a trades day will be scheduled where FD Design's professional tradesmen & women will come together to see the space to formulate a plan of execution for the design/remodel if necessary.
• A comprehensive budget that will be required to properly execute your design/remodel.
• Inspiration images to use as a guide moving forward.

Design Build Phase:

• Design Approval & Deposits
• Ordering and procurement of all Materials for the space
• Detailed schedules creation
• Construction and Renovation Management
• Logistics Tracking on all materials
• Project troubleshooting and problem solving
• Site visits
• Accessory plan schematics, design and presentation

Completion Phase:

• Reveal Day preparations
• Final Installation Planning

• Final Walk Through
