What to expect from your DIY Bath Consultation:
- An in home meeting to review the space, see how you use it currently, and find out what works and doesn't work in your current space for you and your family.
- Any changes you want to make will be discussed during this time.
- After the initial meeting time, a trades day will be scheduled where FD Design's skilled professional tradesmen & women will come together to see the space to formulate a plan of execution for the remodel - while this package is geared towards DIYer's there is usually an area in the trades that a homeowner does not want to cover themselves - this will give them an idea on the costs involved in these areas.
- You will receive 1-2 drawn design concepts with a new layout/ floor plan for the space.
- 1-2 material samples that will be hand selected for your space (tile, counter, cabinet finishes)
- An estimated investment figure for your project
- Inspiration images to use as a guide moving forward.
- A list of local resources for purchases
- Honest feedback and direction on how to proceed with your project.
