This White Glove package includes three design phases:
Schematic Design Plan Phase

• A Bath Design Package /Letter of agreement
• An in-home meeting to review the space, see how you use it currently, and find out what works and doesn't work for you and your family.
• Measurements of the space
• You will receive 1-2 drawn design concepts with a new layout (floor plan) for the space.
• Detailed floor plan to scale (with one revision)
• Complete lighting plan with specifications
• Detailed Bath Design plan specifications (includes hardware, light fixtures, flooring materials, tile, counter material, sink & faucet and any other material for the space that is chosen)
• Paint Color Palette
• Up to two renderings of the space
• After the initial meeting time, a trades day will be scheduled where FD Design's skilled professional tradesmen & women will come together to see the space to formulate a plan of execution for the remodel.
• A comprehensive budget for your bath remodel.
• Inspiration images to use as a guide moving forward.
• Honest feedback and direction on how to proceed with your project.
